At Aerocidade (a project by Basera Ventures LLP), shipping refers to the delivery of booking confirmations, allotment results, and refund-related communications.

Booking Confirmations are sent via email and SMS upon successful application.
Allotment Results will be published on our official website following the draw of lots.
Refunds for unsuccessful or ineligible applicants will be processed within 30 to 45 days from the date of the draw, using the original method of payment.
Any required physical documents may be dispatched via courier or post, based on the applicant’s provided address.
